1-2 weeks prior to picture day we will send door signs and 'Tomorrow is picture day' stickers. We will also email you a PDF of the door sign which you can forward as a reminder to the parents.
On picture day before we arrive, please have a roster of each class printed out with siblings clearly marked. Please write the name and room number of the other sibling on the roster.
We usually arrive by 7:30 a.m. on picture day.
Also let us know if parents have any special requests. Otherwise, we will handle the rest.

After picture day...

1-2 weeks after pictures day, proofs will be dropped off at the school. The parents will have about one week to place an order.
Proofs will be picked up ONE business day after posted due date.
We are sending all the orders to a professional lab. It takes about 2-3 weeks for the picture packages to be dropped off at the school. The parents may choose to have their package mailed directly from the lab for an additional shipping cost.
